What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The Insider Program is free for vetted trade pros. We make money on the trade work itself — you get a better partner, better pricing, and referral commissions on top.
Who qualifies?
Active residential trade pros operating anywhere in Central Florida — architects, K&B pros, cabinet shops, general contractors, builders, interior designers, and realtors. Identity verification happens inside Stripe Express during onboarding. No gatekeeping interviews, no required showroom visit — just trade-pro relationships from day one.
How are referral commissions structured and paid?
Commissions are paid at the time of sale — you don't wait for the appliance or full package to ship. Your Sales Partner walks you through the commission structure when you onboard, and every payout runs through Stripe Express directly to your bank account. No invoicing, no chasing, no waiting on a check.
Why do you need a W-9 and bank info?
To pay you commissions and issue an accurate 1099-NEC at year-end if your earnings cross the IRS reporting threshold. We don't collect either one ourselves — it all happens inside Stripe Express, an IRS-compliant platform that handles W-9 e-signature and ACH banking via Plaid (the same bank-connection service your favorite finance apps use).
How is my financial information secured?
Stripe Express never asks you to type your routing or account numbers into a form. You connect your bank by logging in through Plaid, the same way you connect a bank to Venmo, Robinhood, or your accounting software. W-9 e-signature happens inside Stripe's compliant flow. Milcarsky's only ever sees your name, payment status, and 1099 totals — never your SSN or full account number.
How quickly can I be active in the program?
Most Insiders are fully active within an hour of submitting the application. Stripe Express onboarding takes about ten minutes once you click your invite email; the moment Stripe verifies the account, your trade pricing, showroom access, and Sales Partner's direct line all turn on.
What counts as a client referral?
Any client referral that purchases through us — a homeowner you sent to the showroom, an end client who walked in citing your name, a project where your client bought their appliance package from Milcarsky's. Your Sales Partner tags every transaction; you see the running total in your Stripe Express dashboard.
Can I leave the program?
Anytime. Email [email protected] and we'll deactivate your account. Any earned but unpaid commissions are paid out on the next cycle. No clawbacks, no penalties.
